When i started managing operation at my physical store.I was always advised by fellow co owners that never encourage a customer who does not buy ,well before starting my own e- venture . So i gave a thought about it.If me or my staff has an ample time i.e When customer inflow is not peaking and we have calm business hours.Why not to attend them.We followed this strategy with patience and got the results.Slowly and gradually we converted them into our regular customers.
